As a local partner to the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, we offer free seminars in the Bothell area to guide homebuyers through each step of the home buying process. This Commission-sponsored class will provide the information necessary to become a competent homebuyer; gaining confidence in how to prepare financially, the value of a home investment, and choosing the right professionals for representation in writing an offer and securing a loan for a future home. Homebuyers will find out about the loan products available and pass the education requirement for applying to the Washington State Down Payment Assistance Programs. The instructors bring real world experience with valuable tips and tricks to help you have the best home buying experience possible.

MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

Johnny is a Real Estate Agent with John L Scott and has been helping people buy and sell homes in the area since 2015. His knowledge and the ease in which he explains each step of the home buying and selling process provides confidence to his clients. He takes pride in offering a full-service residential real estate experience and focuses on getting the best results for his clients. Johnny lives in the beautiful city of Bothell with his wife and four kids.

Josiah is a Mortgage Lender at North Pacific Mortgage, located in the Seattle area. As a local mortgage broker, Josiah is an expert on Washington home loan programs. His ability to explain the unique features of each loan product, and navigate through the options alongside his clients, makes the financial process of buying or refinancing a home attainable and empowering. Born and raised in Snohomish, Josiah can usually be found in one of the many PNW cafes talking coffee or delving into a good book.
